TR66 Terms & Conditions – Rights & Responsibilities Malaysian Platform Members

These Terms & Conditions take effect immediately upon completion of your TR66 account registration. Continued use of the TR66 platform following any amendment to these terms will be considered your acceptance of those changes.

TR66 offers online betting services including Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, cricket, e-sports), Live Casino, slots, progressive jackpots, and digital table games. All services are subject to the terms set out in this document.

To register and use the TR66 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of TR66 account registration
• Hold an active Malaysian phone number capable of receiving OTP verification
• Never previously held a TR66 account that was closed, suspended, or deactivated
• Not currently enrolled in an active self-exclusion programme on any gambling platform
• Registering an account for personal use only, and not on behalf of any third party
• Providing accurate, complete, and current information during and after registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one TR66 account. Duplicate accounts found to share the same personal details, phone number, device, or IP address will be closed and balances frozen pending the outcome of an investigation.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within your TR66 account, including bets placed, deposits processed, and any changes made to your account information.

• Keep your TR66 password confidential at all times — do not share it with anyone.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other account
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your TR66 account for added security
• Notify TR66 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Keep your personal information in your TR66 account up to date whenever changes occur.

TR66 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your TR66 account login credentials secure. TR66's support team will never ask for your password through any communication channel — including email, live chat, or phone.

TR66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through recognised and legitimate Malaysian payment methods. All financial transactions on the TR66 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

For withdrawals, TR66 processes requests to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Standard withdrawals (below RM10,000) are completed within 5 to 15 minutes. Withdrawals exceeding RM10,000 may require additional identity verification and can take up to 1 business day.

TR66 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing in the event of suspicious account activity, a security investigation requirement, or failure to meet compliance obligations. In such cases, TR66 will notify you via your registered phone number within 24 hours.

TR66 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a welcome bonus, weekly reload bonus, cashback, free spins, and referral bonuses. All TR66 bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer.

• Every TR66 bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal is permitted
• TR66's standard wagering requirement is 25x the value of the bonus received
• The qualifying wagering period is 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited
• Unused bonuses or unfulfilled requirements will expire automatically at the end of the qualifying period
• The maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings is capped at 5x the bonus value, unless otherwise stated
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per individual, per account, per phone number
• TR66 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is evidence of misuse or attempts to exploit promotions.
• Not all TR66 games contribute equally toward wagering requirements – slots contribute 100%, baccarat 25%, blackjack 20%

All bets placed on the TR66 platform are final once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for ensuring all bet details are accurate before confirmation.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended unless expressly permitted by the TR66 system
• TR66 reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error, incorrect odds, or unforeseen exceptional circumstances
• In the event of an obvious error in odds (manifest error), TR66 reserves the right to void the affected bets without prior notice.
• Sports betting winnings are credited to your TR66 account as soon as the official result is confirmed
• For TR66 live betting, odds may change in real time — bets are settled at the odds in effect at the time of confirmation.
• Any attempt to exploit data latency or odds arbitrage on TR66 is strictly prohibited

For Sports Betting on Malaysia Super League, EPL, and other football leagues at TR66, the specific rules for each bet type (1X2, Asian Handicap, Over/Under, etc.) are as stated in the "Sports Betting Rules" section of the TR66 platform.

TR66 is committed to ensuring that all games offered are fair, random, and free from manipulation. Game integrity is the foundation of the trust TR66 has built with over 500,000 members across more than seven years.

Use of the TR66 platform is subject to certain prohibitions designed to protect the integrity of the platform and the safety of all members. Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate account closure.

• Using automated software, bots, or any technical tools to automate betting or interactions with the TR66 platform
• Opening more than one TR66 account for a single individual using different information
• Using another member's TR66 account or allowing another person to use your TR66 account
• Transferring funds between different TR66 accounts as a means of circumventing wagering requirements
• Exploiting technical errors or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Using the TR66 platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity
• Spreading false information about TR66 or attempting to damage the platform's reputation on social media or any other platform
• Accessing the TR66 platform from any geographic region where such services are prohibited by law

Both you and TR66 have the right to terminate this relationship by following the prescribed procedures.

Closure by Member: You may close your TR66 account at any time by contacting TR66 customer support via live chat or email at support@tr66.live. Prior to closure, ensure all active wagering requirements have been completed and all eligible balances have been withdrawn. Unclaimed balances remaining 12 months after the account closure date may be subject to TR66's unclaimed funds policy.

Closure by TR66: TR66 reserves the right to close or suspend your account without prior notice if: you breach any term in this document; suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected; a request is made by the relevant authorities; or at TR66's discretion for operational or business reasons.

TR66 provides its online betting platform on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the TR66 platform running smoothly at all times, certain circumstances may limit our liability.

• TR66 is not liable for any service disruptions caused by technical failures beyond our control, including internet outages, third-party failures, or force majeure events.
• TR66 is not liable for any losses arising from betting decisions you make of your own accord
• TR66's maximum liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed your net deposits in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• TR66 makes no guarantee regarding game outcomes or betting results – all games are based on chance

In the event a bet is voided due to a technical error or manifest error, TR66 will refund the original stake to the member's account. No additional compensation will be provided for any opportunity loss that may arise.

TR66 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect 7 days after being published on the TR66 site, unless the change is required by law and demands immediate implementation.

TR66 members will be notified of material amendments to these terms via an in-platform notification or an email to their registered address. Continued use of the TR66 platform after an amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration process.
